Hundreds of samples reach our premises every year. The oil is tasted by the company tasters who have been trained according to the IOOC (International Olive Oil Council). Then, the samples are thoroughly analyzed by our chemists, who are specialized in olive oil.
The raw materials that are then purchased have to meet the chemical parameters referred to in the EU legislation, but also the more restrictive specifications set out by the company. The company laboratory owns cutting edge technology in order to analyze every parameter most reliably. The quality steps are followed through all stages of production, according to the HACCP regulations, in order to arrive to a perfect final product.
